Nautibeach Condos are located on beautiful Playa Norte (North Beach) and are only a short walk to the center of town. Each of these privately-owned apartments has two bedrooms and a balcony that faces the water. The condos are decorated according to the owners’ preferences and all meet the standards described on this website.

Enjoy the colorful flora and graceful palms in the gardens, the large, freshwater pool or the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Bring your camera to the beach only a few steps away and take in the full splendor of the sunsets. 

The Nautibeach staff is friendly and efficient and will answer all your questions about where to shop and eat as well as help arrange for golf carts, snorkel trips and tours or even confirm flights.

All condos have a no-smoking policy.

All condos have one bathroom, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 beds in the second bedroom.

There is a premium condo located on the corner of the third floor. It is the same size as a regular condo and has windows on 3 sides and a large wrap-around balcony with a panoramic view of the Bay and Cancun.
